Dr. Fraley began practice in Ruidoso in 2006. He is a 3rd generation chiropractor married to his beautiful wife Stacy, and has five children, Evie, Paige, Leeann, Genesis, and Isaac. He started his health care career as an EMT in the U.S. Army. 

Dr. Joseph Fraley attended Methodist College in North Carolina for his undergraduate studies. He then attended the Dallas College of Oriental Medicine, then Parker Chiropractic School. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Orthopedists.
